All of these changes now benefit the consumer. There are still traditional Real Estate Companies that are trying to hold onto the old model of charging you some enormous commission.

Years ago, you had to contact a Realtor to find out what homes where on the market, as you did not have access to this information. Now, our Multiple Listing Service or MLS is now available online for you to view yourself. This is the exact same MLS that we search as agents. You now have access to it for free, from your own home. You can view it by clicking on the "Find Me a Home" button on the left, or just by going to www.rmls.com

So, because you have access to this information for free, why pay a traditional Real Estate Agent for it? That’s where we come in. We don't charge you for putting your home in the MLS, or to show you what’s on the market and at what price, and what homes in your neighborhood or school district are available. Because we don't charge you for this, you pay a lower commission.

We are a Full Service Company which means we do everything your traditional Real Estate Company does, as far as advertising, marketing, contracts, inspections, closing, and etc. We just charge a low flat fee.

Chances are, your home is going to sell regardless of what company you hire to list it. The difference is how much commission your going to pay.
